Warrenton, VA – September 10, 2014 — The Solution Design Group, Inc. (SDG), is pleased to announce that Lehigh University, has completed their initial training, and will soon be fully operational in its use of SDG’s RevenueVision® solution for contract and revenue management of auxiliary services.
“We are thrilled to add Lehigh University to our growing RevenueVision® family,” stated SDG President and CEO, Tom Strange. “Lehigh has an excellent and innovative business services group. In addition to managing traditional out-sourced contracts and operations with RevenueVision®, they will also use the RevenueVision® statistics functionality to help track their sustainability initiatives.”
Lehigh is utilizing RevenueVision® to track all of its standard auxiliary contracts such as bookstore, dining, vending, print services, etc., as well as specific services contracts, including e-waste recycling.
“We have been very pleased with our RevenueVision deployment. The training was excellent and within a week of getting started we had all of our business services contracts in the system. RevenueVision allows us to centralize all of our information and measure how well our operations are performing,” said Lehigh’s Executive Director of Business Services, Mark Ironside.
RevenueVision® is a web based “software as a service” solution that has been designed and developed specifically for the higher education community to optimize the management of auxiliary enterprise relationships. It allows colleges and universities to pro-actively track sales, revenues and expenses from each contract or self-operated facility in such a manner that allows them to maximize revenues. RevenueVision® is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis directly from SDG. Subscriptions include all hardware and software located in SSAE-16 certified data centers, unlimited telephone support, all upgrades and patches, and all system administration services. Subscribers only need a browser and a connection to the Internet for access.
