Orlando, FL – May 5, 2017 — The Solution Design Group, Inc. (SDG), is pleased to announce that Norfolk State University has selected SDG’s RevenueVision® solution, to streamline overall management and optimize performance for its Auxiliary Services.
Norfolk State’s office of Auxiliary Services will use RevenueVision® to centralize and manage vendor contracts for, dining, bookstore, laundry, licensing, snack and beverage vending and copier/printing. For all of these agreements, RevenueVision® will be used to validate commissions, track machine assets and repairs, track key contract dates and deliverables via alerts, and analyze operational performance.
According to Davida Harrell-Williams, Director of Auxiliary Business, “RevenueVision® is the right tool for our campus to move out of manual management of contracts in Excel and to now be able have one place to streamline contract management and enhance operational visibility across all auxiliary services. Once we’ve wrapped our arms around Auxiliaries, we see the application for RevenueVision® to expand into other departments at Norfolk State, such as Procurement, Grants and Contracts, and Facilities”
“We are very pleased to add Norfolk State to our expanding list of valued clients. As the role of auxiliary operations continues to grow in public universities, it is more important than ever for directors to be able to optimize operations. RevenueVision® is a key element in helping Norfolk State to insure contractual compliance and operational success. Finally, Norfolk State is a recent example demonstrating our rapid On-Boarding process. RevenueVision® was fully operational within just a few short weeks of the kick-off call.” stated Tom Strange, SDG President and CEO.
